Rather Snack On: High-protein foods such as beans, legumes, fruits, vegetables. Munch on foods that are high in volume but low in calories.
It’s all up to you: We don’t need another study to tell us that diets high in fiber, low sodium, and low fat along with regular exercise and positive attitude keep us healthy and fit.
Eat your way to a HEALTHIER YOU.
I started running when I turned 40 because I was tired of the fight for the last five pounds. I wanted a new challenge. You‘re right, at this point we don’t need another diet, book, or study. We just need to get moving and the rest will come! It’s amazing how exercise motivates you to eat better!
