I love the Caribbean and lived there for 13 years,...ready to go back ;) I am married(24 years) to a hardworking, thoughtful and handsome man. I have a grown son and daughter who are both well rounded beautiful and talented in their own right.
I believe that cultivating a positive attitude is the first step in bettering oneself as well as the world we live in.
I am into total well being and believe in taking care of myself in whatever way I feel is right for me. I am learning to be grateful for where I am in my journey and to not take life too seriously.

I’m fine honey it’s 2.15 pm I’m going to attack the ironing mountain and I’ve bought a box of Quaker instant grits – I’m going to give them a try later …..after Ingrid educating me on grits …. I found a speciality food shop which sold them – they were about $10 I did the conversion 12 pouches …..
On the ironing – weel might have a cup of tea first then do it !

I am a walker, I try to meditate at least two times a day to stay centered. I like trying different ways to stay fit…whatever I’m in the mood for. I like to write, sing, dance. And love a good spa treatment! I also like interior decorating and redesigns.
The Alchemist, My Soul To Keep, The Four Agreements, Redefining Your Reality, The Life You Were Born To Live, Eat Pray Love. Anything that helps me grow. Suspense, mystery,...good fiction. Oh, and Dr. Seuss!
